Refund and Returns Policy

At  Velmara, we’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless and satisfying. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required

Important Notice on Return Shipping & Customized Items

Please note:

  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not refund the original shipping cost.
  • Because our pieces are often made to order or customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for such items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assist in resolving the issue through a return, exchange, or refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items on sale or purchased using a promotion
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order dresses

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out before sending anything back.

Exchanges

For size, color, or style changes, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
